Having built 14 successful companies over the past 40 years in multiple industries, Roger has extensive knowledge and experience in Sustainability, Change Management, Designing Capital Structures, Finance, Construction, Global Product Commercialization, Product Development, Manufacturing, Merchandising and Distribution. Roger also serves Chairman and lead investor in instaCOVER LLC, Founding Partner/Board Member of Xecutive Advisory Partners, CEO of Equipment Protection Association LLC and US Board member at Clearwater College. Recently, Roger has been Chief Strategy Officer for Acucela, Inc, CEO of Neuro-ID, Inc, Chairman and CEO of IsoRay Medical, (AMEX. ISR), a global company that developed and manufactured a new Radionuclide for the treatment of malignant tumors. Roger has raised over $310 million in investment equity over his career.

For the past 30+ years Dwight has used his vision of how people and computer systems interact to develop successful solutions for a multitude of industries, including systems for payroll processing, human resources, equipment leasing and insurance. He has founded, developed and sold four companies, and was part of the senior management team, which placed a successful IPO. His software solutions are designed to provide business products directly to consumers through “cloud based” web sites.

Gerard is a senior operations and product management executive with over thirty years’ history creating value and delivering high impact solutions in global product and service markets. He has demonstrated expertise in medical device, telecommunications, and information technology industries ranging from startup companies to global Fortune 100 corporations.
VP Business Development
Stephen built a foundation of successful sales strategies. In 2007, he led the Pacific Northwest Region in advertising sales for Verizon Communications. Leveraging his capabilities in the corporate sales environment allowed him to collaborate with several start-up operations. In 2010, he joined Credit International Corporation (CIC) as Director of Business Development and was responsible for creating and implementing an entirely new business vertical market. In three years, he increased revenue by over 200% while limiting the increase of expenses to only 13%. He was promoted to President of CIC in 2014 and successfully lead his team of managers, improved the corporate culture, grew profits and explored new business ventures. Stephen graduated from the University of Washington and is a Veteran of the United States Army. He served in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2003-2004.
