TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE VARIDI PAYMENT PLAN MANAGEMENT SITE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS ONLINE SITE

This online payment portal (“Site”)—whether accessed via web or mobile —is operated by Varidi, Inc. (“Varidi”) and supports merchants and consumers who utilize payment plan contract services offered by Varidi on behalf of retail partners and service providers (“Merchants”). The term “you” or “your” refers to any individual accessing the Site to view, manage, or make payments under a Varidi-managed payment plan contract (“Contract”).

Use of this Site includes the ability to:

    • View payment summaries
    • Make payments
    • Review payment and contract history
    • Manage contact preferences
    • Access support resources

Varidi may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, its features, or its availability at any time, without notice or liability.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Varidi. 

BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

To use this Site, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
    • Be a U.S. resident
    • Use the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes

Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

    • Unauthorized access or attempts to access other users’ data or accounts
    • Introducing harmful code or engaging in any activity that interferes with the Site’s functionality or security
    • Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract information
    • Misrepresenting your identity or submitting false information

ONLINE PRIVACY

PAYMENT PLAN INFORMATION

Information shown on the Site (e.g., payment history or balance) is for reference only. Your original Contract documents control in the event of any discrepancy.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU

You agree:

    • To provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • Not to impersonate another individual or submit false data
    • That information you provide, unless expressly confidential under our Privacy Policy, may be used by Varidi to operate and improve its services

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND FEES

You are responsible for:

    • Providing the necessary technology (device, internet connection, etc.) to access the Site
    • Any fees incurred from your service providers

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

By clicking “Submit,” “Agree,” or taking similar affirmative action, you consent to sign documents electronically and agree to the use of electronic records in place of paper documents.

SECURITY

While Varidi uses reasonable safeguards, you acknowledge:

    • No platform is 100% secure
    • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials
    • You must notify Varidi immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH THE SITE

When you authorize a payment:

    • It may take up to 48 hours to appear on your account
    • Payments must be submitted by the due date to avoid late fees (if applicable)

LIMITED LICENSE

Varidi grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Site solely for managing your Contract. You may not reuse, redistribute, or modify the Site’s content for any commercial use.

DISCLAIMERS

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Varidi disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Varidi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Varidi and its affiliates from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of this Agreement, or infringement on any third-party rights.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This Site may link to third-party websites. Varidi does not endorse or assume responsibility for content or privacy practices on such sites.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Varidi may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

U.S. USERS ONLY

This Site is intended for use in the United States and is governed by U.S. law. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas (or Varidi’s principal place of business), and applicable federal law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts in that jurisdiction.
